Warmer weather is on the horizon so it’s a great time to learn about brewing beer and to get started on your own batch of cool beverages. Tracey will take you through the process, including cleaning and sterilising equipment, fermentation, bottling and maturation. BYO (brew your own) is a great way to be thrifty, reduce waste, and try out interesting new flavours.
