Description: Pale green round stems in open clumps. Small flowers appear in spring near top of stems. Fruit/seed is brown.
Growing and distribution information: Wetland plant growing on the edge of creeks and dams and in damp areas. More common in hills, foothills
Note: Sedge is okay with wet feet in riparian and wetland areas.
