Common name: Showy Copper-wire Daisy
Description: Perennial daisy with soft dark green leaves. Large yellow flowers in spring. Die back by autumn.
Growing and distribution: Recorded only in Gawler and Freeling areas and further out.
Beneficial Attributes: Aboriginal people roasted and ate the tubers. Butterfly nectar food plant and attracts insects. Attracts native bees.
