Description: Upright open shrub with narrow cylindrical green leaves. Yellow flowers most of year especially in late winter to summer.
Growing and distribution: Good compact shrub. Readily pruned into a medium height hedge.
Beneficial Attributes: Aboriginal peoples ate the edible grubs found in the roots. Leaves can be used for medicinal purposes. Caterpillar and nectar food plant. Attracts native bees.
