Description: Bright green leaves. Flowers are white/pale yellow in spring and summer. Grey/brown bark covers all of main trunk.
Growing and distribution: Widely occurring on Adelaide Plains and foothills (especially near Gawler and south to Salisbury) and in wider region. Impotant hollows.
Beneficial Attributes: Aboriginal people crush the leaves for medicines and make bowls, shields and spears from the bark. Butterfly nectar food plant. Attracts birds.
