Description: Dull green leaves. Flowers are white/pale yellow on the ends of branchlets in spring and summer. Grey/brown bark covers all of main trunk.

Growing and distribution: Mainly found in heavier soils in the Willaston -Roseworthy – Wasleys – Hamley Bridge area and on the Gawler River floodplain.

Beneficial Attributes: Aboriginal people crush the leaves for medicines and make bowls, shields and spears from the bark. Butterfly nectar food plant. Attracts birds.

Specific location issues: Plains in floodplain& heavy soils.
