Presented by Gawler River Riparian Restoration
Join us at the Gawler River/Kadlitpari planting weekend for the one day, two days or just a few hours on one, or both days, planting native tubestock on the north bank of the river to consolidate and extend one of its most significant revegetation precincts. You’ll also hear about the challenges of establishing plants in fast flowing floodways and see some of the wildlife that has returned to the repaired ecosystem.
Meet interesting people with a commitment to the environment, participate in a hands-on activity where ‘many hands make light work’ and make a difference! Most planting holes will be pre-dug to make planting easier! And of course, bring your friends!
Share the experience of creating new habitat with GRRR! (Gawler River Riparian Restoration).
