On a wander through the forest Malcolm from Ligaya Garden will introduce you to four edible mushroom species that are easy to identify and pretty well guaranteed to make you a good dinner!
We’ll discuss the forest ecology and the role of fungi within it, have a nice walk and prepare you to forage for some of the most commonly found and eaten local fungi.
