Award Winning Living Smart Course Comes to Gawler in 2017

Would you like to learn how to live lightly?

Join the Living Smart course being run in Gawler to meet other locals interested in living lighter on the planet, while learning new skills and making lasting changes chosen by you, to fit your own situation.

The seven week course is a unique journey that brings people together to learn from and support each other, helping to create networks of like-minded locals. Course topics include: living simply, waste, water, gardening for biodiversity, gardening for food, energy, healthy you, healthy home, transport and community.

Skilled facilitators adapt the content of each topic, based on the needs of each group and the expertise within the group. By the end of the course, you are energised, inspired and ready for the next step, whether that’s small changes in your own home or embarking on a community project.

The course begins on Monday 27 February 6.30pm – 9pm at Riverdell Function Centre in Hillier. The cost for the course is $60 and $30 for concession. You can register at Eventbrite or contact Rachel 0407 775 868 or Hayley 0439 804 008.
