Bring your energy and commitment to the environment and share the experience of creating new habitat with GRRR! (Gawler River Riparian Restoration). Holes are pre-dug!

Join us for a day, or just a few hours, planting native tubestock on the north bank of the River to consolidate and extend one of its most significant revegetation precincts. You’ll hear all about the challenges of establishing plants in fast flowing floodways and see some of the wildlife that has returned to the repaired ecosystem.

The site is only a two minute drive from GAWLER, with parking along Roediger Rd, Buchfelde (southern end); then follow the signs.

GRRR is auspiced by Gawler Environment Centre.

This project is funded by the Landscape Levy and delivered on behalf of the Northern and Yorke Landscape Board.
