Join Malcolm Haines from Ligaya Garden for a foraging walk in Henry Chenoweth Park in Gawler. Learn which weeds are fair game for food!

Many folks are incorporating wild herbs into their gardens now, and lots of garden herbs have escaped into the wild, making the line between kitchen and wild kind of blurry. Malcolm, a self-taught forager and kitchen herbalist, will take you on a walk and explain which weeds are which, what you can do with them, and how to prepare them safely. Make lunch part of your weed control regime!
