Join local bird enthusiast and photographer Gunther Frensch for an information session about the amazing birds that can be found in the Gawler Parklands.

Gunther has been hooked on photography since he borrowed his father’s camera when he was 11. He originally took landscape and surfing photos, but a chance photo of a Golden Whistler while bush walking in Mt Crawford Forest rekindled an interest in birds from his youth. He is currently working on a book featuring his bird photos from the Gawler Parklands which will be released later this year.
