Join ecological practitioner & committed birdo Phil Barron to learn all about using your eyes & ears to identify local feathered friends.
Phil Barron takes bird watching to the next level, pointing out that our powers of observation go way beyond sight; hearing is just as important if not more so. Kids will have fun exploring nature, will develop handy scientific skills, and learn about the health and condition of their environment. Phil will also provide info about new apps and technologies that can enhance the birding experience.
‘Come and have fun bird sensing with us. Birds are incredible creatures that have a lot to say without saying anything, although they can be pretty noisy at times too!’
